She was always VERY informative and extremely patient, a true professional. Her time frame for when I could expect a resolution was pretty spot on. I was very impressed with how she handled every aspect of my case. If I called her, she answered or returned my call by end of day, if she received correspondence from the other insurance company, she replied promptly, she never delayed.
